Neil Eisner retired in 2013 as the Assistant General Counsel for Regulation and Enforcement at the U.S. Department of Transportation. He was a pioneer in the creation of an internet-accessible public docket and an innovative, e-rulemaking management system. He received his J.D. from Columbia University and an A.B. from Syracuse University. He is a member of the D.C. Bar, a past Chair of the American Bar Association Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice.
