Susan Booth Cassidy
Susan Booth Cassidy is a Partner at Covington & Burling LLP in Washington, D.C., where her practice includes government contracts and litigation. Prior to joining Covington, Ms. Cassidy served as in-house counsel for Northrop Grumman Corporation and Motorola. Prior to moving in-house, Ms. Cassidy was a partner in the litigation and government contracts groups at Arnold & Porter LLP in Washington, DC. Ms. Cassidy was awarded a Bachelor of Science (magna cum laude) in Business Administration with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Lowell (now the University of Massachusetts at Lowell) in 1985 and received her law degree (cum laude) from the Washington College of Law in 1988, where she was a Deans Fellow and a Note and Comment Editor on the American University Law Review. Ms. Cassidy has been a member of the Legal Rhetoric program at WCL since 2009. Ms. Cassidy is admitted to the Massachusetts and District of Columbia bars and is a member of the American Bar Association.
