Amy Bills has served as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Montgomery County, Maryland for the past 16 ½ years prosecuting misdemeanor crimes to violent felonies. Currently, she is assigned to the Special Prosecutions Division where she is tasked to handle cases involving public corruption and white collar crimes.
Since 2013, Amy Bills has been the secretary for the Executive Committee of the Montgomery County Bar Association. She is also a former member of the American Inns of Court and a current member of the American Association for Paralegal Educators.
Amy Bills received a Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in 1997. That same year she was admitted into the Maryland Bar.
