Amy Taylor joined the library as Special Projects Librarian in January 2011. She became the Acting Access Services Librarian in September 2011 and the Access Services Librarian in September 2012. Ms. Taylor worked previously as a reference librarian at the Edward Bennett Law Library at Georgetown University Law Center and the Goodson Law Library at Duke Law School. She also interned in the research department of the Library of the Supreme Court of the United States. Ms. Taylor is an active member of the American Association of Law Libraries, the Special Libraries Association and the Law Librarians’ Society of the District of Columbia. Her research interests include developing an ontology of legal research and studying the possible effects of big data on precedent.
