Woman of Color Coalition

The Women of Color Coalition is a student organization that supports addressing issues affecting women and nonbinary people of color through community support, networking, and skill building. We recognize that WCL students come from a diversity of backgrounds and intersecting identities. Our mission is to uplift and empower our members through our programming. We welcome WCL’s students, staff, faculty, and alums.

Participation in the Woman of Color Coalition and its AUWCL events is open to all members of the AU community, regardless of background. Our events, programs, and activities are inclusive and do not restrict participation based on personal identity or characteristics, including but not limited to race, color, national origin (or shared ancestry), religion, sex, age, sexual orientation, disability, or veteran status.
