The Arbitration Brief

Arbitration Brief

The Arbitration Brief is a student publication of the Washington College of Law produced with the assistance of the Center for International Commercial Arbitration. The Brief has recently evolved from the strong foundation that was laid by the International Commercial Arbitration Brief to include all avenues of arbitration. With an expanded scope, The Arbitration Brief strives to cover a wide variety of topics, ranging from domestic employment arbitration to international investment disputes.
