Black Law Students Association
The Black Law Students Association (BLSA) at American University Washington College of Law is an organization focused on articulating and promoting the needs and goals of Black law students in order to effectuate change in the legal and local communities. WCL BLSA is an official chapter of the National Black Law Students Association and the Mid-Atlantic Black Law Students Association. Our chapter aims to provide students with a welcoming community that fosters and encourages professional competence while supply students with resources to excel academically, succeed professionally, and positively impact their communities.
WCL BLSA is an active organization, hosting a number of academic, professional, and social events throughout the academic year. In order to gain the most from this organization you must pay dues. We invite all WCL students to join BLSA!
