Kenneth A. Cutshaw
Mr. Cutshaw received his LLM from Washington College of Law in 1987.
Among his many business interests, he currently serves as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary, Chief Compliance Office and equity owner of Cajun Operating Company, a private company based in Atlanta, GA. He was formerly a partner with Holland & Knight, LLP, where his practice focused on global business transactions. In 1985 he accepted a Presidential appointment to serve with the administrations of Ronald Reagan and George H. W. Bush at the US Commerce Department in various international trade positions involving import/export regulatory programs. He currently serves on the Bush Administration Advisory Committee on International Economic Policy and is the Honorary Consul for India in the United States.
Mr. Cutshaw is active in non-profits internationally. He is the Dean, co-founder and co-owner of Georgian American University, the first University in the Republic of Georgia offering a JD Law degree. He serves as the Director of the ICA (India, China, and America) Institute, Friends of India, and other non-profit NGOs. He also serves as President of the American Council of Young Political Leaders.
