Whit Washington '17 is featured for her advocacy on behalf of transgender prisoners in the Sept./Oct. issue of The Washington Washington Lawyer, the DC Bar's bimonthly magazine.

In late January 2022, International Human Rights Law Clinic (IHRLC) student attorneys Ismaat Klaibou, Madison Bingle, Andrea Rodriguez Burckhardt, and Courtney Veneri, submitted a public comment to the Department of Homeland Security arguing for reparations and accountability for the Trump administration’s separation of migrant families.
