Noora Al-Jusaiman
SJD Candidate

Noora Al-Jusaiman is an S.J.D. Candidate at American University Washington College of Law. Her doctoral research examines corporate tax disputes in Qatar and the Gulf region, focusing on how digitalization is transforming the legal and procedural aspects of tax enforcement and resolution.
Ms. Al-Jusaiman is a faculty member at the College of Law, Qatar University, and previously served as a Legal Extern at the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Washington, D.C. She also completed a legal training program at Sheikh Thani Bin Ali Al-Thani Law Firm, where she gained experience in arbitration and dispute resolution.
She earned her General LL.M. with Distinction from Georgetown University Law Center, where she also served as a Teaching Fellow in Corporate Compliance and obtained a Legal English Certificate. She holds an LL.B. from Qatar University, where she graduated with highest honors and was recognized by Her Excellency Sheikha Jawaher bint Suhaim Al Thani, the Consort of His Highness the Emir of Qatar, for outstanding academic achievement.
