Ahmed Alattas

Ahmed Alattas is a professor of criminal law at King Abdulaziz University in Saudi Arabia and an SJD candidate at American University, Washington College of Law. His research focuses on criminal liability in financial markets, particularly the use of artificial intelligence in automated trading, under the supervision of Professor Steven Shapiro. Prior to joining the SJD program, he completed his LL.M. at Georgetown University.
