Abdulaziz Alrashid
SJD Candidate
Abdulaziz A. Alrashid, an S.J.D candidate at American University Washington College of Law, is completing his dissertation titled “Towards the Enforcement of International Arbitration Awards in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: The Establishment of an Islamic Arbitration Center.” His fields of study and professional expertise include International Law, International Commercial Arbitration, and Islamic Law. Prior to joining the Washington College of Law S.J.D program, Mr. Alrashid worked as a legal advisor at the Minatory of Labor and Social Development. In conjunction with his legal practice, he worked as an intern with Dr. Abdulaziz Alfrayan Law Firm. Mr. Alrashid is fluent in Arabic and English.
