Dr. Radwa Elsaman sucessfully earned her S.J.D. degree from American University Washington College of Law in May 2012. Her dissertation was titled “Towards an Egyptian Franchising Law Based On A Comparative Study Of The Laws Of The United States, China, and Malaysia.”Since 2003, Dr. Elsaman has served as a Commercial and Business Law Lecturer at Cairo University’s School of Law in Egypt. Her areas of teaching and scholarship include: Commercial and Business Law, Investment Law, Corporate Law, Capital Market Law, and International Commercial Arbitration. Her fields of study and professional expertise include: M&A, Capital Market and Securities, International Business Transactions, International Contracts Law, Trademark Law, Alternative Dispute Resolutions/International Commercial Arbitration, and Corporate Social Responsibility. Dr. Elsaman’s professional experience includes assignments with well-known Middle-Eastern law firms in association with international law firms. Dr. Elsaman is fluent in Arabic and English.
