Electronic Transcripts

Many educational institutions and other agencies are members of this secure network and actively receive electronic transcripts. Please check the network recipient list to see if your intended destination is a network member.

If the recipient is not a network member, a transcript can still be delivered by email to recipients designated and identified by you. To ensure prompt delivery and receipt, make sure the recipient knows that you are sending an electronic transcript and will accept the electronic version.

You also may upload attachments or documents, e.g., a resume to be included with the transcript when it is sent. You will receive an email notification confirming the delivery of the official transcript to the designated recipient.

Mailing of Transcripts

Transcripts may be ordered online and mailed directly to you or a third party. A number of mailing services are available, including regular mail, UPS and FedEx. There are additional charges for certain types of services, including rush orders.

In some circumstances, a single copy of a paper transcript (official or unofficial) may be ordered in-person from the WCL Registrar’s Office.

On the transcript we apply a stamp that says "Issued to Student." Check with the person or institution that is requesting the transcript to make sure they'll accept this form of documentation.

Transcripts will be processed in two business days for pick-up.
