Transcripts

Order your transcript at: https://iwantmytranscript.com/american. The first time you use this service, you will be directed to create a personal profile, user ID and password, which you will use to place future orders. A signed consent form will be required one time. You will also need to know your start date at the law school (usually 08/--) and the end date (usually 05/--).

To make transcripts more easily available and to make the processing safe, secure, and efficient students and alumni order online. WCL, in partnership with SCRIP-SAFE International, provides twenty-four hour access to online ordering and delivery of official transcripts. Your credit card will be charged $5.00 per transcript at the time of your order. Order updates are emailed to you and you may check your order status and history online.

Electronic Transcripts

Many educational institutions and other agencies are members of this secure network and actively receive electronic transcripts. Please check the network recipient list to see if your intended destination is a network member.

If the recipient is not a network member, a transcript can still be delivered by email to recipients designated and identified by you. To ensure prompt delivery and receipt, make sure the recipient knows that you are sending an electronic transcript and will accept the electronic version.

You also may upload attachments or documents, e.g., a resume to be included with the transcript when it is sent. You will receive an email notification confirming the delivery of the official transcript to the designated recipient.

Mailing of Transcripts

Transcripts may be ordered online and mailed directly to you or a third party. A number of mailing services are available, including regular mail, UPS and FedEx. There are additional charges for certain types of services, including rush orders.

A single copy of a paper transcript (official or unofficial) may be ordered in-person from the WCL Registrar’s Office. Transcripts will be processed in two business days for pick-up.
