Placing a Transcript Order
American University Washington College of Law has retained Credentials Inc. to accept transcript orders over the Internet. You will need a payment method and years in which you were enrolled at WCL (i.e. Year Start: 2000; Year End: 2013).

If you are uncomfortable placing an order over the Internet, you can call Credentials Inc. at 847-716-3005 to place your transcript request. **There is an additional operator surcharge of $15 for placing orders over the telephone.

American University Washington College of Law has appointed Credentials Inc. as the designated agent for processing and sending official electronic transcripts on behalf of American University Washington College of Law.
The PDF transcript that is produced using this service contains the identical information as the printed transcript and can be certified as unaltered by uploading the file to the company’s website that is provided during the delivery process.
Credentials Inc. has been granted the authority to deliver all such electronic transcript requests on behalf of American University Washington College of Law and respond to any inquiries regarding the transactions.
Obtaining Unofficial Transcripts
Unofficial transcripts are available for you to print by going to Eagle Service > Student Planning > Unofficial Transcript.
For paper copies of your unofficial transcript from the Office of the Registrar, you can request one by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org (from your student email account) or make the request in-person in C107.
On the transcript we apply a stamp that says "Issued to Student." Check with the person or institution that is requesting the transcript to make sure they will accept this form of documentation.
Unofficial transcripts will be processed in two business days for pick-up.
