On Thursday, Oct. 27 at noon, AUWCL Constitutional Law Professors Jamie Raskin, Steve Wermiel, and Bill Yeomans, along with Julie Fernandes of the Open Society Foundation, will discuss the rules and structures that can influence the outcomes of elections. This year, AUWCL welcomes 13 legal scholars and professionals from across the globe to participate in the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program coordinated by the International Legal Studies Program. The program, sponsored by the State Department, provides these international fellows with non-degree academic study and professional experiences in the United States.
