On March 26-27, 2013, the U.S. Supreme Court will be holding oral arguments in these two cases to review the constitutionality of California's Proposition 8 initiative and Section 3 of the Defense of Marriage Act which limits the federal definition of marriage to the legal union between a man and a woman. Please join Lambda Law Society and the American Constitution Society for a pre-argument discussion on these landmark cases. |
