This panel will launch Taken for a Ride, a report highlighting the experiences of migrant guest workers in the traveling fair and carnival industry who suffer unsafe work conditions and wage and hour abuses. Discussion will feature the report’s authors, Centro de los Derechos del Migrante (CDM) and WCL’s Immigrant Justice Clinic, as well as two affected workers. |
