National Marshall-Brennan High School Moot Court Competition

Description: The Fifth Annual National Marshall- Brennan High School Moot Court Competition will draw high school competitors from Marshall-Brennan chapters across the country. Students will argue whether the First Amendment protects a student's comments criticizing her principal, which she posted on a password- protected forum on the school's web site.
