S.J.D. Candidate

Nga Kit Tang, an S.J.D. candidate at American University Washington College of Law, is currently completing her dissertation titled “China Products in the United States: The Role of National Product Safety Regulations and International Free Trade Obligations.” Her fields of research include: Product Safety Law, Food and Drug Law, Administrative Law, Comparative Law, International Trade Law, International Business Transactions, Legal Culture and Legal History. In 2007, Ms. Tang received the Highest Grade Designation in a Research Seminar: Selected Issues in International Trade at American University Washington College of Law. Ms. Tang is a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society, and she speaks English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
