S.J.D. Candidate
Jangwoon Kwak, an S.J.D. candidate at American University Washington College of Law, is completing his dissertation titled “Taxation of Cross-Border Investment in Emerging Economies.” His fields of study and professional expertise include: International Taxation, Cross-Border Mergers & Acquisitions, Cross-Border Investment, Tax Policy, and International Economic Law. Prior to joining the Washington College of Law’s S.J.D. program, Mr. Kwak was employed with Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Services (2006 – 2009), PricewaterhouseCoopers (2005 – 2006), and KPMG (2001 – 2004).
