Dr. Renata David successfully earned her S.J.D. from American University Washington College of Law S.J.D. in May 2010. Her dissertation was titled “An Examination of Problematic Areas of International Commercial Arbitration from an International Perspective, and a Comparative Analysis of the Law and Practice of International Commercial Arbitration in Brazil.” Her fields of study and professional expertise include: International Dispute Resolution, International Arbitration, International Trade Law, the Laws of the United Kingdom, and the Laws of Brazil. Dr. David is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, French, and English.
