DR. SUN YOUNG OH
S.J.D. Program Graduate

Dr. Sun Oh successfully earned her S.J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in May 2010. Her dissertation was entitled “Likeness between Genetically Modified Organisms and Traditional Products under the WTO Regime: Consideration of Risks Posed by the Products and Differences in the Product-Process Method.” Her fields of study and professional expertise include International Environmental Law and International Trade Law, and serving as a Sustainable and Development Law and Policy Staff Member from 2005 to 2006. Dr. Oh is a member of the New York State Bar.
