The Grotius Lecture is sponsored by the International Legal Studies Program and the American Society of International Law as part of ASIL's 108th Annual Meeting. The 2014 distinguished featured lecturer is Radhika Comaraswamy, the global professor of law at NYU. She was the Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations, Special Representative for Children and Armed Conflict until July 2012. A reception will follow the lecture.
