Prenatal testing for genetic abnormalities is resulting in reduced birth rates of those with Down syndrome, cystic fibrosis, Tay-Sacs, and other conditions. Is this something the law should accept or resist? If it is accepted, to what degree should it be accepted? If it should be resisted, in what ways can the law push back?"
