The culmination of the third annual International Humanitarian Law Student Writing Competition, this conference will address cutting-edge intersections of international humanitarian law (IHL) and human rights. Competition winners will present their papers to an expert panel. A luncheon keynote address and roundtable discussion with IHL experts will follow.
