PROGRAM AGENDA

As communication, social interaction, business transactions, and other routine activities are increasingly conducted online, concerns about cyber privacy and sale of data are growing (or at least they should be). What are the intellectual property rights associated with the information that people provide, both voluntarily and unknowingly? Who should have access and the ability to manipulate it, and likely profit? What is the role for governmental regulation? What are the international implications? The program will explore many of these issues.

Presented by the Intellectual Property Law Society and the Intellectual Property Brief
