Victor Kattan will speak on the history of the Arab-Israeli conflict. Mr. Kattan will discuss the international legal framework that governs the conflict and contextualize it within the larger history. He will introduce his new book, From Coexistence to Conquest: International Law and the Origins of the Arab-Israeli Conflict 1891-1949, which was released in June 2009.
