William H. Karchmer End-of-Year Celebration for Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project in Schools

A half-day celebration for public high school students who participate in the local classes taught by the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project. As in recent years, there are poetry, essay, arts and t-shirt competitions, speakers and awards, breakfast and lunch served.
