Jurists and Gender: Highlighting the Experiences and Contributions of Female Judges

This will address the debate between substantive feminism and formal feminism and will feature three panels - one on academics, who will debate the female voice of female judges; one with judges, both international and local, to discuss their roles and experiences; and one on Justice Sandra Day O'Connor, to highlight and analyze her career.
