The Washington College of Law and the American University Law Review will host a symposium discussing recent developments and trends in bankruptcy law, including the changes introduced by the controversial Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005. Panels will discuss the current state of bankruptcy practice in the context of corporate law, consumer law, and professional ethics, and will offer suggestions for future reform.
