The Grotius Lecture is sponsored by the International Legal Studies Program at American University Washington College of Law and the American Society of International Law.
Guest speaker will be The Honorable Justice Michael Kirby, AC, CMG, The High Court of Australia. Title of discussion: The Growing Use of International Human Rights Law in the Elaboration of Municipal Constitutions. A reception will follow the lecture.
The event is the opening session of the ASIL 99th Annual Meeting and is free.
