American University Washington College of Law
4801 Massachusetts Avenue, NW, Washington, DC, 20016

The merits of the Affordable Care Act have already been decided by the Supreme Court. However, other issues and challenges have emerged, including: the scope of administrative rule-making, the ability of the States to not expand medicaid, delays in implementation of the act, religious objections, and more. Come join us for a discussion panel that aims to tackle these issues!

Presented by the Federalist Society and the WCL Democrats
