The second annual workshop of the International Society for the History and Theory of Intellectual Property (ISHTIP) will assemble scholars from across disciplines to consider "Geographies of Intellectual Property." The workshop will focus on the heterogeneous roots of our present intellectual property regime and foster richer contextualization than can be provided by legal history working alone.
