Fourth Annual Seminar on International Commercial Arbitration: International Arbitration Program: How to Handle Oil and Gas Industry Cases

October 9-12

9:00am - 5pm

This four-day intensive seminar based on a mock arbitration case will provide critical skills and practical insight into handling oil and gas industry arbitration cases, primarily from the perspective of the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce. The seminar has been developed to help private practitioners and in-house counsel meet the challenges of this exciting practice area. Handling international arbitration cases, either as counsel or arbitrator, requires specialized expertise that varies from case to case. At this four-day seminar, a group of distinguished experts will teach participants the skills, strategies, and tactics to successfully handle, either as counsel or arbitrator, oil and gas industry cases using interactive lectures and mock arbitration exercises.
