Court of Appeals
Under Article III of the Student Bar Association Constitution, "all judicial power shall be vested in the Court of Appeals of the Student Bar Association." The Court has final jurisdiction over all non-academic and non-honor code disputes involving the SBA, its members or its functions, including Senate budget resolutions. The Court convenes as necessary and reviews filings and petitions for appeal in accordance with the below established Rules of the Court of Appeals.
Pursuant to Article III, Section 6 of the SBA Constitution, the Court of Appeals "may promulgate those rules necessary to carry out the authority granted to it by [the] Constitution," and under Section 7 of that Article, all judgments of the Court are deemed final and binding on all parties
