Description

This course relates to the Summer Institute on Law & Government Law & Gov. Summer.

Students wishing to enroll for one credit of Advanced Issues in Immigration Policy & Litigation should sign up for the four class sessions on Immigration Law being held daily from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on June 25-June 28. Consult the Summer Institute schedule of three-hour lectures Law & Gov. Courses, (four classes equals one credit), register in the WCL Summer School for the one credit (visiting students also need to apply to the Summer School ), and then complete the application for the Summer Institute which includes selection of the individual lectures Summer Application.

Other credits may also be earned for the Summer Institute under LAW 707-001 Advanced Constitutional Law; LAW 872-001 Regulatory Law & Policy: Financial Regulatory Reform; and LAW 881-001 Advanced problems in Administrative Law & Regulatory Policy.
