Description

In the fall of 2011, the first portion of this course will focus on the law of riparian water law, prior appropriation systems for the administration of water rights, the public trust as it applies to navigable waters, and the Clean Water Act. The second portion will focus on the law applying to transactions in timber and forest resources and the environmental statutes applicable to forest resources. There will be an in class final examination.
