Description
The main purpose of this courseis to give students a strong understanding of the United Nations Conventionagainst Corruption and explore how, astheonly global, comprehensive andlegally binding anti-corruption instrumentin the world, it can act as frameworkfor globalizing the fight against corruption and globalizing governanceprinciples and the rule of law. Due to its global and comprehensive nature, theUNCAC provides an excellent tool for analyzing the issue of corruption and ahost of inter-related issues from a holistic perspective.
