Bankruptcy Sem (LAW-795BN-001)

Each student will be expected to complete a research paper on a topic related to bankruptcy law. The completed paper will be the sole basis of the final grade, as there will no examination. In addition to the 2-3 credit hours students may earn, the upperclass writing requirement may also be satisfied at the professor’s discretion. In addition to individual consultations with the instructor, the class may also involve lectures on some current bankruptcy topics.
