Description

The course is intended to examine the causes of wrongful convictions and, equally importantly, to examine possible measures to prevent or remedy them. In a seminar format, we will first discuss the various factors which have been shown to contribute to wrongful convictions and then discuss ways in which we can detect and reduce the impact of these factors.
