Description
Considers legal, ethical, and public policy problems posed by developments in health care financing, allocation, and delivery. Seminar topics include bioethics, fraud and abuse in the health care industry, federal reform of health policy, health care dispute resolution, health care transactions, managed care, medical liability, health law legislative and regulatory process, and public health law.
