Description
Seminar: Advanced Constitutional Law_ Problems In The Electoral Processes
This seminar will deal primarily with current constitutional, statutory and other problems related to elections. It will focus on such matters as the constitutional structure of our electoral process, women's suffrage, voting and wealth, race, the Voting Rights Act, gerrymandering, voter registration and voting, including current controversies about voter IDs, early voting etc., and campaign finance. There is no exam, but a term paper is required. Registration is limited to 15 students.
