Description

The goal of this course is to provide foundational knowledge in the law of trusts & estates. Not only has trusts & estates law substantively changed in recent years but the areas of practice have changed as well. Aging and disability as well as estate planning now comprise major areas of practice in the law of trusts & estates. An ancillary goal of this course is to teach this area from a practice-oriented perspective. What issues do clients present and how to their attorneys respond.
