Description
Trial skills and techniques are learned through controlled simulation clinics patterned on civil litigation practice in the federal courts. Student attorneys are responsible for preparation and trial presentations, including developing case theory, planning and implementing strategy, making opening statements, examining and cross-examining witnesses, introducing exhibits, arguing motions, and making closing arguments.
