Description

Controlled simulation clinics in which trial litigation skills development is patterned on litigation practice in the federal courts. Students participate as prosecutors and defense attorneys. These student attorneys are responsible for preparation and trial presentations, including developing case theory; trial tactics; and conduct of cases to verdict, including suppression motions, impaneling juries, opening statements, direct and cross-examination of witnesses, and closing arguments to jury.
