Description

Federal Public Lands and Natural Resources Law examines development and protection of federal lands and natural resources with a focus on the tension between conservation, preservation and extractive uses. Topics include: Endangered Species Act; Wilderness Act; mining and oil and gas development; water, timber, range, recreation and wildlife resources.
