Description
This course will offer a combination of employment and labor law.It will consider legal recourses available to employees to improve their terms and conditions of employment and to protect against unlawful conduct, both as individual employees and through a union. It will also consider responses and defenses available to employers. There will be one final exam, and no term paper.
