Description

This is a general course on Evidence focusing on admissibility at trial under the Federal Rules of Evidence. The course also focuses on the law governing the proof of disputed issues of fact, functions of the court and jury, competence and examination of witnesses, standards of relevancy, and hearsay.

Evidence Under the Rules, Text, Cases and Problems, Seventh Edition, Christopher B. Mueller & Laird C. Kirkpatrick. The Federal Rules of Evidence, 2013 (including Advisory Committee Notes), or any equivalent publication. NOTE: The Federal Rules of Evidence were changed in December, 2011 and earlier versions of this casebook and supplement will be out of date.
