Description
Pretrial criminal procedure and constitutional limitations on the use of power under the Fourth, Fifth, and Fourteenth Amendments. Topics include probable cause/arrest; search and seizure; police interrogations, confessions, scope and administration of exclusionary rules; and due process limitations.
