The casebook for our class is Saltzburg Capra, American Criminal Procedure (10th ed.). You must purchase the 10th edition for this course. You do not need to purchase the supplement.
First Class Readings
The reading assignment for the first class is now posted on MyWCL in the “First Class Reading” folder and includes the reading assignment from the casebook (just in case you are not able to get your casebook before class on Tuesday). If, however, you have your casebook, the required casebook for Tuesday is on pages 33-37.
